We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Phlebotomist

to join our healthcare team in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients for diagnostic testing, ensuring accuracy, safety, and patient comfort. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipunctures and other blood collection procedures with precision and care Accurately label and process blood samples for laboratory testing Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines Ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and report any shortages Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, and lab personnel

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited program (preferred) Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience (preferred) Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
