Position Summary:Performs blood collection on variety of patients.Minimum Qualifications:EDUCATION

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED) and graduate of an accredited phlebotomy training facility or equivalent experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Experience: Preferred Phlebotomy training program clinical rotation and/or 1 year experience.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE

• Certificate from an accredited phlebotomy training facility or proof of equivalent training preferred; valid Driver's License.
