Phone Call Follow-Up Specialist

to help nurture leads, follow up with potential customers, and support our sales team in closing deals.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and customers who have inquired about our products/services. Engage with prospects, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system. Identify customer needs and pass along important insights to the sales team. Provide friendly and professional communication to build rapport with potential clients. Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus. Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts when necessary. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
