We are looking for Phone Receptionists to join our Client Care team. At Kendall, our Client Care Center is a fast-paced environment serving clients and Kendall dealerships throughout the Northwest. This is in an inbound call center only; this position does not involve sales or cold calling. Required schedule may include some nights and a rotating weekend shift.

Duties for this position include routing incoming phone calls to all departments in all Kendall dealerships and ensuring that clients are directly connected to a person who can take care of each caller\'s needs. Receptionists must be able to efficiently determine each caller\'s needs, identify the best extensions for routing, and ensure that a live connection occurs.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, superior communication skills both verbal and written, have a typing speed of at least 30wpm, be computer literate, be comfortable with multi-tasking, and must be able to politely and accurately determine routing. Proficiency and experience with multi-line phone systems, call center related work, and experience with high call volumes is preferred.

Working conditions are primarily indoors, in a call center environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC display screens and with telephone systems. Standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift may occur.
