Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for engaging conversations? EnergyCare is expanding its call center operations in Henderson and is actively seeking Nevada based Phone Survey Agents who meet the technical requirements for a remote work position. Duties: Conduct telephone surveys using a script in a polite and professional manner. This position is entry-level, and you will not be selling anything, only gathering information using a script and recording the responses you receive with professionalism and accuracy. We conduct market research on a variety of topics that are both interesting and beneficial for our communities.Skills We're Looking For:

• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail
• Strong reading and communication skills
• Comfortable and confident phone communication

Experience: This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Once onboarded and trained, the agents will be working from home.Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 10 am - 9 pm
• Must have schedule flexibility

Mac Minimum Requirements:

• MacOS High Sierra (10.13), Mojave (10.14), Catalina (10.15), Big Sur (11) or later operating system
• CPU/Processor requirements

o Any 64-bit Intel-based Mac must have a PassMark score greater than or equal to 3,182 and first seen no earlier than Q1 2017
o Any ARM M-based Mac running in emulation with Rosetta 2

• At least 8 GB of RAM
• 20% minimum free disk space and 20 GB minimum available free space

Headset:

• Recommend USB Headset with Microphone Noise Cancelling (Wireless headsets are not supported)

Webcam:

• Required: Either built in or external USB 2.0 (or higher) connection required. Video resolution of 720p with a frame rate of 30 fps recommended.
