• Bachelor\'s Degree in Physical Therapy Or
• Master\'s Degree in Physical Therapy Or
• D.P.T. in Physical Therapy
• Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
