Overview:

HealthActions Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Clinic location in Dothan, AL. The caseload is general orthopedics \xe2\x80\x93 all ages. The start date for this role is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

For this role the expectation is to see a minimum of 12 patients per day.

Patients are scheduled one hour for evals and 30 minutes follow-ups.

Physical Therapists at HealthActions Physical Therapy have a drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping patients. Within this role, you will enjoy treatment autonomy, schedule flexibility, mentorship and ample support to perform quality patient care.

Qualifications:

New grad Physical Therapists who are servant leaders and passionate about the profession are encouraged to inquire about this position. PTs of all experience levels will be considered.

Work Schedule:

The PT hired will work Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 7am to 3pm.

No weekends / No holidays. You will enjoy excellent work / life balance!

Caseload:

The caseload is primarily general outpatient orthopedics \xe2\x80\x93 all ages.

Pay Range:

A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $80,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. There is also an opportunity to earn retention bonuses. The salary offered for experienced Physical Therapists is negotiable based on experience.

Job Requirements:
