Reporting to the Program Manager and under written referral of a physician and in collaboration with other rehab staff, is responsible for the evaluation of patients\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 clinical status, assessment of their rehabilitation potential according to age appropriate guidelines and the design and implementation of age appropriate treatment programs to maximize patient\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s level of function. Counsels and educates inpatients and outpatients in the rehabilitation setting.

Requirements:
1. BS or MS and certificate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of all clinical affiliations and certificate requirements for Physical Therapy Degree.
2. Valid Massachusetts license and CPR certification.
