• Evaluating patients\' conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, and setting achievable goals
• Conducting therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients\' physical function and mobility
• Monitoring patients\' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educating patients and their families on home exercises and self-care techniques
• Documenting treatment plans and patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards in patient care and communication

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Master\'s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical and assessment skills to address diverse patient needs
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive patient relationships
