• Master\'s degree in physical therapy, Or
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 30 days upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

• Home Health experience.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
