For more information about the area and facility, please click the following link:The Lead Rehab Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations. Provides direct patient care therapy for service area (80% of time or more). • Bachelor\'s Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or
• Master\'s Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or
• Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. Or
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. Or
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire. Or
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position upon hire. Fingerprinting may be required.
• 2 years of experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Membership in the national, state, or local professional association upon hire.
• Supervisory experience/Experience with management responsibilities.
