Job Description
Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist in Lewiston, ID with an annual salary ranging from $77,000 to $116,000. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a housing allowance, along with comprehensive benefits, including dental, medical, and vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, equity, and PTO.Hours: Options available for either Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts).Primary (Essential) Duties:
- Objective Assessments: Perform objective and measurable evaluations of patients\' physical abilities based on treatment diagnoses. This includes assessing medical history, cognitive function, sensory-perceptual-motor function, functional mobility, and pain management.
- Goal Setting: Establish realistic and measurable treatment outcome goals tailored to each patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition, based on initial assessments.
- Treatment Planning: Create and execute dynamic treatment plans to achieve or progress toward the set outcome goals, ensuring consistency and continuity to optimize patient clinical response.
- Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
