We are currently assisting our client, a well-established healthcare facility in Idaho, in finding a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with the physician\'s referral. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Design and implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and reduce pain
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Document patient information, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies

• Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy
• A Master\'s Degree is preferred
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho
