Physical Therapist
Permanent/Full-time
Pay Scale - $32-$48/hour
A leading Cheshire County hospital in western New Hampshire is seeking a Physical Therapist for openings in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings.

- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult.
- Coordinate and communicate activities with health care team and the patient.
- Provide appropriate patient related documentation, including quality assessment.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School with any of the following degrees or combination of these degrees: BS, MS, MSPT, MPT, or DPT.
- Must be licensed in the state of New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS or BLS Instructor certification is required upon hire.
