Critical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Designation
75% Outpatient, 25% Inpatient
4-Day Workweek is optional; No On-call coverage
Treatment Day: Once every 9 weeks for a Saturday patient day (Paid Time and a Half); no Sundays
Position is not work RVU Production driven

Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
