Are you looking for a way to expand your physical therapy skills outside the traditional brick and mortar clinic? Would you like a flexible schedule? If so, myPTsolutions is looking for a PT to work part time in a unique setting. This position is currently 8 hours a week. Two 4-hour shifts occurring on different days with staggered hours that can cover the 1st and/or 2nd shifts would be ideal, but willing to entertain 1 - 8 hour day per week.

We are assisting our client, a PT/women-owned business established in 2008 whose vision is to use innovative methods to help companies keep their employees feeling better and stay healthy. They bring injury prevention and treatment plus employee wellness TO the workplace.

This role is for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide injury prevention, injury management, and wellness services. Your time will be split between providing proactive injury prevention programming and injury management for employees at their workplace. In addition to patient care, this role will include running regular pre-work dynamic stretching sessions, the development of educational programming, completion of functional job and/or ergonomic assessments, and provision of body mechanics training. Keeping up to date documentation, providing timely reporting and independently managing a schedule split between patient care and proactive programming are important aspects of this position.

Compensation of the Physical Therapist
$45 - $55 per hour based on experience

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Minnesota state PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying and creating programming to meet client needs
Strong orthopedic background and at least 3 years of experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
Familiarity with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers compensation processes and ergonomic assessment is desirable but not required.
