Job Description

We are assisting our client to find a licensed PT to join a team of 2 PTA\'s, 2 PT\'s, and two techs to work Monday - Thursday 7-6pm and Friday 7-5pm. The clinic specializes in post-op total knee/hip replacement but also treats patients for stroke, shoulder rehab, and sports med. This role will see about 7-10 patients per day. Productivity expectation is 1.2 units per hour and the clinic uses EMR using Intelligent Medical Software "SuiteMed."

Compensation and Benefits of the Physical Therapist
Salary: $78000 to $82000 based on experience
401 (k), Health Insurance options, paid time off, CME allowance annually,
Paid Holidays, no weekends, Quarterly Incentive bonus structure

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Provide quality physical therapy services.
Assist your patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client\'s level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client\'s progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Experienced therapists preferred but all therapists are encouraged to apply
Valid Michigan PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
