Currently looking for a Physical Therapist to fill a 13-week Home Health travel assignment in the Medford, Wisconsin area. If you are looking for a flexible schedule and want to maximize your pay, this could is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Home Health Physical Therapist
- Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
- Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
- Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client\'s level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
- Min of 2 years experience as a PT in acute hospital or home health
- Valid Wisconsin state PT License
- Degree from PT Accredited College
- Salary: $58 - $60 per hour Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status. *
- First Day Health Insurance Coverage: medical, dental, and vision

- License Reimbursement (when applying for a license in a new state)
