Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Role Scope

\xc2\xb7 At HHC Advanced Practitioners enjoy the full scope of advanced practice and receive recognition and respect for their contributions to high quality patient care.

\xc2\xb7 We currently seek an APP to partner with Cardiologists at Middlesex Cardiology.

\xc2\xb7 The selected candidate will also provide outpatient care including stress testing, remote device monitoring and General Cardiology office visits.

\xc2\xb7 Practice with autonomy and enjoy the close mentorship and collegiality of a leading regional cardiology group.

SHIFT: FULL TIME \xe2\x80\x93 40 HOURS

Qualifications

Advanced Practitioner Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Master\xe2\x80\x99s program preferred

\xc2\xb7 Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut

\xc2\xb7 Certification or eligible to be certified as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

\xc2\xb7 Cardiology experience preferred

\xc2\xb7 APRN/PA experience required.
