- License: Must have Active WV State license, DEA
- Board Cert: needing to be Board Certified/Board eligible
- Cred Timeframe: 60 -days . They do not offer temps
- Looking for clinicians who can work 5-7 shifts a month minimum.
- Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible
- Privileging Process: 60
- Travel/Housing Notes: YES, covered
- Malpractice Covered A++
