Job Description
- Work Dates Needed:
- 7/24/2023 - Ongoing
- Urgent dates needed: July 24-31 August 25-28
- Allowed Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, New Year\'s Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day
- Preferred Schedule: Call only 24 hours
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Urgent dates needed: July 24-31 August 25-28
- 39-bed community hospital in rural northeastern Utah.
- ED volume is about 12,000 per year.
- We typically handle general Ortho cases here but ship heavy trauma, hands, etc
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Board Certified, UT license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, fellowship is required.
- EMR: MEDHOST, HMS, EDIS
