What is Dickey\'s BBQ PIT CREW: The Pit Crew has the primary responsibility to deliver GREAT Energy, Speed, and Barbecue. Creating an authentic, memorable, and appetizing barbecue experience for each of our guests. What will you do: As a Pit Crew member your role could be but not limited to cashier, utility, block assist and drive thru operations. The ideal Pit Crew member has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adhere to all Dickey\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures. This includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with our guests. Our commitment to customer service, cleanliness, and serving fresh, quality food is what really sets us apart from the rest.
