The positions perform a wide variety of highly skilled electrical and electronic work in wastewater pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater laboratories, storm drain pumping stations, machine and electric shops, and other public buildings and facilities; and perform other related duties as required. The electrical and electronic equipment installed in wastewater facilities are an important part of the wastewater system which directly affects the health of the community and the condition of the environment.Special Working Conditions: Work with and around high voltage electricity, heavy machinery, moving machinery, and obnoxious odors in hazardous locations; work in confined spaces and high spaces using scaffolding or ladder; etc.If you qualify for the position, your name will be established to an eligible list.
