job summary:
Controls Technicians needed for a global leading manufacturer of products and services that improve the world around us! In this role you will troubleshoot and repair controls related issues on complex assembly equipment which will include PLC\'s, HMI\'s, motor controls, servo\'s and vision inspection systems. These are direct hire roles with tremendous upside. 12 hour shifts on a 2-3-2 schedule.

salary: $75,000 - 90,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School
responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment which include PLC, HMI, motion control, VFDs, servo motors/drives, industrial networks and vision inspection systems.
- Provide additional support in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components to keep eqiupment running
- Set up and troubleshoot and maintain motion control systems, drives and vision systems.
- 5+ years related experience working with complex automated equipment
- Associates degree in Industrial Controls or related
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience with Rockwell/Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC\'s
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
