Job Title: HVAC/ Contingent Labor
Location: AZ466-Tempe-1300 West Warner Road
Duration: 2 months
Pay Rate: 20- $25/hr (On W2)
Job Summary:
- Performs general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water, medical gas supply and other distribution systems throughout the facility.
- Responds to general maintenance duties and operates hospital/building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Repairs, installs, replaces, tests and troubleshoots the water and medical gas supply and distribution system including valves, fixtures, and outlets.
- Installs new water (medical gas supply system with proper certification), piping, and fixtures in accordance with blueprints, drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
- Maintains waste and vent lines in good operating condition using a plumber\xe2\x80\x99s snake, vacuum plunger and/or jet washer.
