LIne Cook Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare menu items, and provide service according to brand standards.
- Set up kitchen and prep food for Bistro offerings and upcoming banquet events
- Maintain, clean and sanitize all dishware, equipment, and all areas of the Restaurant and BOH space
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and steps of service
- Maintain complete knowledge of Point Of Sale and manual systems
- Complete opening and closing side duties, as assigned

Line Cook Requirements Include:
Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures
Good Interpersonal Skills to interact with guests, fellow employees and management
Ability to organize workspace for peak efficiency

Dependability is critical to success
Minimum 1 year basic culinary experience preferred
