- Pay averages at $450 per day
- Pay by the load - amount varies depending on experience
- Pneumatic experience is a plus

- Manual transmission experience is a must
- 2 years verifiable experience & be at least 23 years of age to meet insurance requirements
- Clean MVR - no serious tickets or accidents in last 3 years
- No DUI, DWI or reckless driving charges within the last 5 years
- No failed drug or alcohol tests within the last 5 years
- Baker Trucking is a drug free work environment, must pass drug test
- A "can do" attitude
