The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Poolside Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Poolside Massage Therapists have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Administer personalized, quality massage treatments at the pool.

• Provide the guest with personal, gracious, and professional service, perceptive to their individual wants and needs.

• Provide the guest with thorough knowledge of the sports, fitness, and recreational services offered at the Sports Club & Spa, and personalize these services into a comprehensive fitness program for the individual guest.

• Provide the spa director on guest response to our service line, thereby actively creating the best possible spa menu for our guests.

• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization for the Sports Club & Spa.

• Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the spa. (ie.-appointment procedures, clean up procedures, menu of programs including golf, tennis, and swimming pool.)

• Promote all the other programs offered by the spa; encourage guests to experience the numerous other massages and packages offered.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Must be licensed by the State of Hawaii as a massage therapist and trained in Lomi Lomi massage preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
