Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for a Porter for a luxury apartment community in the general Las Vegas area. The Porters primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
- Policing the grounds and parking areas.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
- Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
$15.50/hour
35% apartment discount where available.

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation. Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
