What you will be doing

Receives Food and Beverage inventory from shipping/receiving area. Stocks the Food and Beverage outlets and storage area appropriately. Actively rotates all food items and checks for expired items. Audits storerooms and storage to maintain consistent quality, sanitation, and inventory Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies. Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis. All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position

High School Diploma preferred. Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for 8 hours. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
