POWDER COATER/Industrial Spray Painter

Modern, clean, safe, climate controlled, well-established family owned Cincinnati manufacturing company with world-renowned product line requires a dependable person experienced (or willing to learn) in electrostatic powder coat spraying and industrial spray painting.

Certified to ISO 9001:2015 with DESIGN.

• Job requires ability to follow written instructions, read blueprints and engineering drawings, take verbal instructions, and work from other specifications.
• Must be able to clean (prepare) parts for coating, tape, mask, and plug parts, rack parts on overhead gantry, apply powder and/or paint to parts, use ovens for curing.
• Examine coated parts for defects, and measure parts to assure conformance with specifications.
• Assure assigned work and job specifications are understood prior to commencing.
• Assure compliance with OSHA regulations and perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas or project areas on a daily basis and/or when required and assigned. Safety equipment such as eye and hearing protection, gloves, and respirator/self-contained breathing apparatus are used on occasion and when required.
• Must be able to meet general medical\\physical requirements necessary to wear required PPE.
• Complete assigned work within a given timeframe and according to instructions, complete required documentation, and perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
• Will perform routine maintenance of ovens, washers, and associated equipment and will perform droplet titration to maintain wash line chemical concentrations.
• Must be able to use measuring instrumentation such as scales, tape measures, gages, etc.
• Good verbal communication skills a must!
• Use and knowledge of Parker Ionics Powder Spray and Kremlin Wet Spray equipment useful.
• Perform other factory job responsibilities as assigned.
• Must work well with others!
• Physical lifting involved.
• Having own tools a plus.
• High School Degree requirement at minimum.
