Recruitment Number 24-026JCK, Pre-Audit Clerk II, SR-13, Honolulu, O`ahu.

Summary of Duties


Pre-audits and processes a variety of vouchered or payroll claims against the Judiciary; and performs other related duties as required. The Pre-Audit Clerk II level is distinguished by its responsibility for pre-auditing the full range and variety of claims independently, and for maintaining appropriate control records and files.

Minimum Qualification Requirements


Specialized Experience: Two (2) years of responsible clerical work experience in the preparation and processing of payroll records, vouchers, invoices, statements, and related claims transactions; account record keeping; or purchasing activities. Pre-Audit Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible pre-audit work experience, which involved the examination and verification of invoices, vouchers, statements and other requests for payment for completeness and accuracy. Such experience must have involved interpreting and ensuring compliance with laws and rules governing purchasing or payroll matters relating to claims.
Substitution of Education for Experience
:
Fifteen (15) semester credits at an accredited college or university which included at least three (3) semester credits in accounting or auditing may be substituted for six (6) months of specialized experience up to a maximum of two (2) years.
