Summary

As a Psychology Intern at Whole Kids Co., you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic counseling environment while contributing to the well-being of our clients. This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge in psychology and support our mission of fostering healthy development in children and families.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed therapists in providing counseling services to children and families. Participate in assessments and evaluations under supervision. Engage with clients in group settings to promote social skills and emotional regulation. Document client progress and maintain accurate records as required. Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans that address individual needs. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional development.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology or a related field. Basic understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.88 - $25.15 per hour
