As a

Pre-ETS Employability Coach

, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their transition to employment. You will work closely with teaching staff, community partners, and employers to provide pre-employment services, employability soft skills training, and work-based learning experiences. Additionally, you will oversee student participation in the

Making an IMPACT Food Truck

program, coordinating hands-on training in food service and customer interactions. Your role will include maintaining relationships with employers, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and supporting students in self-advocacy and job readiness.


The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, and the ability to create innovative employment solutions.

ServSafe Certification

(or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Valid Driver's License

and ability to meet agency insurability requirements.

Physical Ability

to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, and assist individuals in wheelchairs.

Personal Protective Equipment Compliance

(e.g., masks, gloves) as required.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience in the

culinary field

or a

desire to learn
