SummaryIsaacs and Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a personal injury pre-litigation attorney, practicing in Indiana/Illinois (Greater Chicago Area), to join its growing practice. The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation but may be asked to handle other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases. Our need is specific to the Greater Chicago area, and we are looking for an attorney that is bi-lingual with Spanish and English.Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationship
• Review and investigate personal injury claims
• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Guide clients through the case process
• Gather evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences
• Assess the value of claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary
• Attend training programs and seminars that may be outside of normal business hours.

• Indiana and Illinois Bar Licenses REQUIRED
• Must be bi-lingual - English and Spanish
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and regulations
