Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at Allianz Field on event days. Delaware North operates the food and retail services at Allianz Field, the state-of-the-art home of Major League Soccer's Minnesota United. The 19,400-seat venue opened in 2019. The stadium features four clubs, 22 suites, a variety of concession outlets and a large brew pub - stretching the width of the field.

• Hire and train food and beverage team members for the suites department
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event days. Provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members.
• Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
• Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
• Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

• Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Strong managerial and team-building skills are essential
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No degree required
