Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at Highmark Stadium on event days providing memorable experience for our guests.At Delaware North, we care about our team members' personal and professional journeys. Delaware North operates concessions, and premium dining at Highmark Stadium since dating back to 1992. The 71,870-seat venue is home of the NFL's Buffalo Bills. Our culinary team creates locally and regionally inspired fare for the stadium's concession outlets. Premium dining includes suites and clubs offering in-seat service.

• Hire and train food and beverage team members in the suites department
• Develop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedback
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event days
• Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team members
• Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
• Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

• Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Prior premium experience in a sports and entertainment environment is highly preferred
• Strong managerial and leading ability
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No degree required
