Duties:
- Assist Lead Teacher with planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play
- Provide a variety of learning experiences, including art, music, language, and physical education
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to teacher and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

-Assist with meal preparation

-Supervise and assist with toileting as needed

-Help to main a clean and organized classroom environment

Preffered Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Srong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Skills:
- Passion for educating young children and promoting their overall well-being
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with diverse groups of children
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and materials effectively
