We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess a strong background in early childhood education. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children
- Conduct assessments to monitor students\' progress
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child\'s developmental needs are met
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily classroom routines
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Skills:
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Knowledge of literacy education and early intervention strategies
- Ability to provide physical education activities for young children
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with toddler care practices
