Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of related experience required.
• Prior Correctional Healthcare experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify organizational strategies and solutions to business challenges.
• Expert analytical skills.
• Proven ability and desire to deliver insightful analysis and make sound financial recommendations.
• Uses a high degree of analytical ability to solve complex and varied problems.
• Advance skillset in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. (strong knowledge of building and maintaining databases and mass data manipulation)
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and UKG preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of management and field staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Business acumen to identify business issues and conceptualize practical solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and work effectively under pressure to deliver results.
• Interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers and partners.

Responsibilities

As directed by the Sr. Director of Pricing, the Pricing Analyst assists in the management and execution of the company pricing strategy through the development and use of effective data analysis and reporting. The Pricing Analyst works to ensure pricing alignment against the market and strategy set forth. Evaluates pricing performance to help develop and update the pricing strategy to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives. Recommends changes to current pricing strategy based on market research and new trends.

• Support pricing activities to ensure that processes and organizational focus are properly aligned with the performance goals of the company.
• Research competitive intelligence impacting price sensitivity.
• Review and comprehend requests for bids to understand requirements of the contract and identify cost and risk factors.
• Prepare preliminary tools to submit to Operations, HR, Provider Contracting and Pharmacy for data review and required responses.
• Gather detailed recommendations relating to cost components.
• Analyze and compare different sets of data and trends to estimate current and future cost of services.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies, based on knowledge of the industry, requirements of the RFP and analysis of the data, to give YesCare a competitive advantage.
• Compile and complete pricing calculations
• Coordinate schedules for required meetings.
• Create and maintain data for comparative statistics over time.
• Compile and maintain data for bid outcomes including competitor pricing and schedules.
• Project coordination with other departments to ensure timely deliverables.
• Create and complete required schedules for bid submissions (staffing plans, cost forms, compensation rates, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned by management.
