Softrams is seeking seeking a Pricing Associate with 1-3 years of experience in Federal Government Pricing and Invoicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, developing and maintaining pricing models, and providing pricing support for federal government contract proposals. The Pricing Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all pricing and invoicing activities comply with federal regulations and guidelines.

As part of our Contracts and Pricing team, the key responsibilities will be to:

• Analyze and evaluate pricing strategies for federal government contracts.
• Develop pricing models and tools to support pricing proposals and negotiations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to determine market pricing trends and make recommendations.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals to senior management and government officials.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
• Monitor and track pricing performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including capture and business development, proposal development, and contracts to ensure pricing proposals meet customer requirements.
• Review and analyze invoice data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Participate in negotiations with government officials and customers to achieve favorable pricing terms.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Federal Government Pricing and Invoicing.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Public Trust Clearance

This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.

Work Location

Softrams is a 100% remote first company. This role would require 10-15% travel and/or attendance at in person industry days, conferences, or meetings.
