We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has an interest in delivering high quality care within a team-driven environment.Benefit Highlights:

• Compensation: $141,000 - $145,000 base salary
• Production Compensation up to $220,000/year
• 4 day workweek
• Up to $10,000 Relocation
• Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

Minimum Qualifications:Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Required: Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care as FNP or PA
• Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience in Primary Care as FNP or PA
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time
