Overview

Legacy Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Clark County Primary Care Clinics, located in and around Vancouver, Washington. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists.

As a physician, you are responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders. Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise. Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.

Education:

• M.D. or D.O
• Approved residency in internal medicine or family practice
• Certified, American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Practice

Licensure:

• Unrestricted Washington State medical license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
