Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience required.Experience with SEO, traffic acquisition and up funnel activities including onboarding, profiling and engagement strategies. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and using marketing tools to create, optimize, and personalize web user experiences preferred.Strong Product Management skills, experienced in independently owning sophisticated products and/or product portfolioSeasoned in mentoring and coaching others on standards and quality of product developmentExceptional customer appreciation and ability to understand what they need, how to segment them and which segments to focus on.
