:This role will be remote. At this time we are unable to hire in the following states: CO, HI, PA, NY, MA and OH. Travel up to 10% may be required to attend company meetings and/or events.The Principal Product Manager role is both broad, across a business unit and deep, in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to run and maintain an enterprise wide service. • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 8 years of Progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years of Familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
• 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
