Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Innovation Associate
SAFREST Resources is seeking a skilled Attorney to join a Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Innovation practice group. Recognized by Chambers USA 2020 for our nationwide expertise in Privacy & Data Security, the firm is dedicated to consumer protection related regulatory matters. This position will cover a broad spectrum of regulatory issues, including privacy, advertising, and marketing related counseling, investigations, and litigation.
- JD from an accredited law school and New York Bar Admission in good standing
- Interest in Administrative Law: A plus, along with any prior government experience.
- FTC Consumer Protection Matters: Focus on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer protection related regulatory matters, providing legal expertise and insights.
- Privacy, Advertising, and Marketing Counseling: Engage in privacy, advertising, and marketing related counseling to address a variety of consumer protection regulatory issues.
- Investigations and Litigation: Play a pivotal role in investigations and litigation processes related to consumer protection matters.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Join our collaborative and dynamic team, contributing to a supportive and growth oriented work culture.
Annual Compensation Range: $250,000 - $370,000.
Salary Considerations: The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and operational considerations.
