Develop and maintain production methods to provide highest quality output
Identify areas of improvement and seek opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve productivity
Work with Design team to modify existing stamping processes and design new ones
Oversee set up of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Perform Root Cause Analyses/implement Corrective Actions
Utilize data insights to implement process changes
Use lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste
Conduct risks assessments to minimize hazards
Maintain up-to-date process documentation
Prepare reports on process performance, improvement initiatives, and project updates
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years experience in a manufacturing or Engineering role
Experience with metal stamping processes
Experience with metal machining processes
