Process Engineer

Job Description
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain production methods to provide highest quality output
- Identify areas of improvement and seek opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve productivity
- Work with Design team to modify existing stamping processes and design new ones
- Oversee set up of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Perform Root Cause Analyses/implement Corrective Actions
- Utilize data insights to implement process changes
- Use lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste
- Conduct risks assessments to minimize hazards
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation
- Prepare reports on process performance, improvement initiatives, and project updates
- Bachelor\'s Degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing or Engineering role
- Experience with metal stamping processes
- Experience with metal machining processes
