job summary:
A Process Pro is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Waterloo, IA area. This position manages, facilitates and implements process improvement projects within a single process or a limited number of processes which are moderately complex and not limited in scope, depth, problem solving and degree of skill required.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Applies process methodologies, tools and measurement systems including IMPACT, six sigma, change management tools, financial analysis and decision tools to achieve business results.

• Applies basic data tools to analyze problems for improving the identified processes.

• Provides knowledge of business processes, rules and practices.

• Facilitates the definition, clarification and documentation of such, in support of tactical and strategic business plans and in alignment with continuous improvement efforts.

• Leads project teams toward definition and implementation of new process/solution.

• Exhibits strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.

• Works with the project team leader and others to ensure objectives of improvement teams are met.

• Documents and reports team efforts and progress and validates that team results endure after project closure.

• Solves problems through analysis of issues and evaluation of alternative solutions.
