Job Description

Under the direction of the manager of Product Data and Operations Management, the Product Configuration & Quality Assurance Specialist
is responsible for supporting the creation of basic health insurance configurators, health insurance product and benefit plans, and related quality assurance activities in Point32Health Plan\'s benefits in Windchill and eBenefitSync systems. This individual is also responsible for supporting various Point32Health Plan Product Data initiatives, including research, workflow creation and troubleshooting efforts.

Key Responsibilities/Duties - What You Will Be Doing

• Creates and maintains basic health insurance plan configurators & content masters

• Creates and maintains health insurance products, riders & related content in the Windchill and eBS Product Platforms.

• Responds to product data related inquiries from other departments and effects resolution of issues as needed

• Performs quality assurance activities on health insurance configurators, products, riders & related content

• Supports product portfolio change initiatives

• Supports business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of monthly deployments

• Performs product and rider related data entry

• Performs departmental workflow creation activities

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications - What You Need To Perform The Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience working in a health insurance environment preferred
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, health insurance or managed care products, or health insurance benefit design required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team settings
• Must be capable of resolving problems in a timely manner
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced changing environment
• Experience using product data management systems in a health insurance environment required
• Bachelor\'s Degree in health science, business, IT or related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Must possess intermediate MS Office skill set, particularly Excel
