As the central hub for all product-related activities, you\'ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to ensure seamless execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your expertise will be critical in translating design concepts into high-quality, sustainable garments that resonate with our customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Product Development and Coordination

  • Request and track submits (strike offs, handlooms, lab dips, protos, etc.) during initial stages of development.
  • Be the point person for all sample-related activities - requesting from vendors, tracking delivery, reviewing goods upon receipt, and distributing to cross-functional partners (design, production, merchandising, marketing, PR, and wholesale).
  • Manage Development Tracker - oversee all information related to seasonal costing, MOQs, lead times, and quality callouts, with a special focus on using our library of sustainable materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work directly with wholesale and operations to ensure cross-functional teams have what they need.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Production to ensure accurate documentation around Factory Certifications, Bottle Counts, and Testing.
  • Work closely with the Director of Design to communicate Submit and SSY comments.
Data Management and Communication
  • Track and maintain product information in Netsuite and effectively communicate information to cross-functional partners.
  • Work closely with tech design during fittings to note adjustments and changes.
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel production.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and overseas factories.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Netsuite.
  • Highly detail-oriented and consistent.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic; a great team player who can also work independently and own their function.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Suite.
  • Prior experience in sustainable materials or eco-friendly apparel production.
